I always prefer the terrace one bedroom suite with a fountain view in the boulevard tower. I don't care about having a full view of the sphere. I've had that room last 4 times in Vegas.

Ok, let’s talk about it. I used to prefer BLVD Tower like most people but not anymore. It’s just an opinion but here are some reasons why I prefer the Chelsea Tower now: 1) Rooms are generally in better condition 2) 85% of rooms offer better views than BLVD, but 15% of BLVD rooms are the best views 3) closer to check in and front desk 4) easier self parking and closer to Valet, Uber pickup 5) easier access to Aria, Bellagio, etc due to new Bridge 6) Less Congested than BLVD flow, including elevators 7) quick elevator ride to VIP Lounge for drinks and snacks 8) quick access to Wicked Spoon for breakfast/lunch 9) it’s Cosmo so the walk to Casino and Restaurant areas aren’t too far, but I prefer the restaurants at Bellagio and Aria much better. 10) the Studio Terrace Angle Studios are cool for “regular” rooms and is only available at Chelsea Ok, your turn. Why do you prefer the BLVD Tower?

Love the Cosmo. Have stayed in both towers and love them both. Have had the fountain view and strip view. Will always stay there.😊

I have been staying at cosmo for the past 10 years or so. Still the best hotel in vegas. I prefer boulevard tower since its close to restaurants. Easy to run downstairs for a quick bite in the morning and to go across the street if needed. However the new bridge connecting to bellagio and vdara is very convenient as well. Question, does mgm rewards credit card holders get priority check in and have you seen if they have express line for wicked spoon for credit card holders as well? However i have to knock the free drinks that they give while gambling. Now that it is mgm, waitresses do not have bartenders in the back making the drinks for them. Its all done by machine and ive had very inconsistent or just down right bad drinks. But its free so ill still drink it lol

I haven’t had a chance to see Cosmo’s treatment for MGM credit card yet. But it’s safe to assume they’ll treat it as MGM’s 1st Tier properties - Bellagio and Aria both offer expedited line for MGM Credit Card holders. In terms of Wicked Spoon, they offered VIP line for MGM Rewards Platinum members for the past year…it wasn’t on any sign but they’ve honored it. My guess is they’ll mirror whatever Bellagio Buffet is currently doing - I haven’t had Bellagio Buffet in about ten years 😅

MGM Rewards Credit Card holders give you automatic Pearl Status which never expire. You do get priority check in and free parking at all MGM properties.

@@1takesituation No. VIP line access is only for what used to be Identity Gold and up. I have the MGM Credit card and it does not give you VIP Access. The only other way to skip the line is to make reservations but you have to have a party of 8 or more. BTW we were just in Vegas a few days ago and we were in room 4235 which is right next door. We stayed in an Studio Terrace Angle room. It also has two bathrooms and is located in the Chelsea Tower where it angles. There are only one per floor and you cannot book them on line. They are so called 'Secret rooms' that you have to know about to book them. 760 square feet, extra long terrace, two sets of closets and one of the bathrooms has the Japanese Soaking tub. Guaranteed fountain view. Angle rooms are larger than One bedroom/Terrace rooms but smaller than the Terrace Suite that you are in.

Good to have your comparison of before and after the takeover and also the comparison of the two towers too. I feel like I need to tip another dollar for the salty nut tub footage haha. Awesome of Tom Vu to hook it up. He let you use both rooms? That is hardcore. Which room do I prefer? I don't think I can afford either room haha. But both are a bit much for me and my needs in Vegas. The "baby" room has more value to me than these haha. Sorry I'm so late but still behind on my youtube subscriptions!
