I am middle aged and have just recently discovered MGMT thanks to my 20 something offspring. They continue where my decade I was born in left off! Just seen them in concert and was fabulous. I have listened to all 3 albums and am blown away by the fact I listen to the whole thing and don't skip to "favorites". You are doing something right guys!

That's Hank Sullivant, he use to play guitar in the band back in 2007 and left in early 2008. He also has his own band "Kuroma". Andrew recently dislocated his shoulder and had gotten surgery on it, and couldn't play his guitar for awhile, so they had Hank fill in for him. I don't know if his shoulder is still hurting him so he's trying to rest it by not playing as much or they just needed an extra guitar player, or maybe they just like him around lol but, Hank is now back in the band.

@WilfredPujanes, the "new guy" is Hank Sullivant, who was the original guitarist for the band in their early stages... Looks like they brought him back, probably solely for touring purposes

Mgmt is my favorite band, I saw them at the Orpheum Theater in Madison, and it was mind blowing, i didn't get to finish my pasty though...I'm 13 too, the place smelled like smoke (not tobacco smelling...but whatever mgmt is the best!
