@Ka Ja you would've missed out on a great sequence in the game if you had done it this way. I think it's why we're all glad Nate and Dave didn't take the shortcut. I'm going to enjoy watching Nate get shot over and over and I hope that Dave waits in one spot long enough for the End to sneak up behind him and shoot him in the back.

MGS5 might be amusing. Especially if they do the side missions and don't just hammer the main story. Although Rob mentioned it in one of his list videos about games you can't 100% in a single play through as needing a minimum of 8 plays for 100% completion. This series isn't about 100%ing games though, so they could just do a run through the main story.

I hope that you guys playing a game start to finish is a permanent weekly feature. Really enjoy them and would be good to muddle the teams up too sometimes. Like if Rob and Dave play a game that Nathan really likes and so on... I use that lightly as it'll probably be the witcher 3. 😂 so basically every game would have a codec feature now... which I don't know why they don't anyway. 😂

Theres a way to aim your weapon in 1st view by clicking in the Left stick, and you can ADS by clicking in L1 Also you can strafe and it auto aims by holding down L1 in 3rd person view

Now Rob _could_ have told them that pressing L1 lets you aim through a machine gun's sights. Or that having all the equipment slots filled increases stamina drain. Or that you get special camo by defeating bosses through stamina depletion. Or that you can use TNT to destroy food and ammo depots to weaken the enemies in the surrounding areas. Or that pressing R3 changes the camera mode to the classic version. All sorts of useful or interesting things instead of frustrated ranting.

They seemed like such great friends but over the last 2 or 3 weeks they don't seem to be getting along very well. Rob you have always been my favorite part of this channel but this feud between you two has been painful to watch unfold. I truly hope you work it out with him. Usually I'm on Rob's side, as a huge metal gear fan, when he's bashing Nath and Dave in the side bar... but while they were fighting the fear, I changed sides. Rob you said it yourself in the 7 phases of a boss fight we all go through video (prolly butchered the title)... when the boss has a sliver of health and we, the player, lose focus and make mistakes. Cut them some slack on boss fights, they did 1 shot it with only taking damage once. 😉

I can understand the frustration at seeing someone not doing well at a game you love, but Rob needs to remember that he wasn't initially amazing at the game when he first played. Hell, I was recently told I suck at Uncharted, but I still enjoy it and have gradually gotten better as I play. Rob, please read this and give the guys a break. They may make dumb decisions, but they are trying to do their best.

You can see, the learning curve these 2 men have througout the episodes at around 11:00, when they step out of the warehouse and immediately the first reaction is "whoa, we gotta scan the scene before we go balls deep here, get your radar out then thermal g's" they're becoming man, theyre stepping into Metal Gear grunt territory and already leaving rookie status.

After some 8 Playthroughs of Snake Eater on the 3DS it never hit me that I could have used the Scientist and Mask disguise in the lab, I more or less went through with snow taking guards out one by one along with the occasional scientist, but I got in through knocking on the door, but oh it's wonderful watching people play it for the first time.

Fun little thing in the Fear boss battle if you heal the poison but don't remove the arrow(s) then beat the boss, the arrow will be unremovable just sticking out of Snake and it stays in for a fair while is quite funny in cutscenes. But overall the lads did well until they were spotted :)

For some reason, even though I caged and kept The End's parrot it is also with him on the river of Sorrow. One time I ate the parrot during the sniper battle purposely to enrage The End.
