The fly agaric ( amanita muscaria) has a very distinct nutty taste!! & It actually isn't toxic when correctly identified and prepared. The mushroom has to be decarboxylated to turn the ibotenic acid into muskimol which curbs the toxic like stomach effects. While the mushroom doesn't really make you trip, it lead to some very interesting spiritual states and alot of people report a very lucid dream like state when they sleep after it. Though be highly careful as if misidentified you could eat the death angel or one of the many other amanita which are not edible, and highly deadly!! And if your amanita muscaria are not prepared right you could end up with a really bad stomach ache/ nausea!! This shroom also tends to bring anything you let sit on your consiouss too long into your thoughts again. Very interesting for sure. Be safe and do your research for anyone who finds this interesting! Not medical advise😂 I'm a dude in youtube yo, just wanna correct the npcs dialogue about fly agaric
