[MGSV] Ep 1: Phantom Limbs (S rank) ● Commencing 'Master Miller' Mission, now!

Hi guys! Recently i saw the MGS3 Remake trailer (just like all of you, i guess xd). They made a great job revamping the style, and the new faces are absolutely beautiful!! Not to mention the implementation of MGSV movements (except the dive-roll-jump, which seems pretty unnatural, but funny nonetheless :D). We will definitely feel at home when we put our hands on the game!
So the hype went skyrocketing once again, and i thought of getting back on the battlefield for one more mission... Master Miller Mission! 20 years after Tselinoyarsk, Sokolov, and The Boss!

About the bridge's trick, i discovered it quite recently. Apparently, from what i've got by the look of it, it seems there's a boundary between two zones running exactly along the bridge. If you manage to get the Skulls' attention on one side (and then quietly pass through it below, so that they don't spot you), you can slip by to the other side, providing you get some distance before running at full speed. They keep searching for you, but in the first zone, totally ignoring the second one. Pretty helpful, huh! :D

Welcome back Null :D I know i've been away from YT for quite a while... i guess this applies to both of us. I mean, i'd really be glad if someone brings back the immersive/ghost runs on YT, cos recently that standard disappeared altogether! As far as i remember you're the best at immersive runs, am i wrong? We just have to wait till MGS3 Remake comes out maybe? Time to go to Russia this time! Wish you the best my friend.

@@mgsnull Midnight was the best at ghost runs yep, and you at immersive runs :D Those are two kind of playstyle very demanding in terms of patience and focus, i know. I guess the trend shifted towards more fast-action shooting style... meh, kids playing with guns xD Anyway, i'll wait for your next uploads. MGS3 Remake looks amazing, i just hope they put something new in there too. We'll see!

Hey man! LOL i was as clueless as you when i first slipped by the Skulls like that. Couldn't believe my own eyes, was it that simple... and yet it is xD That bridge was so helpful! Idk about Delta actually. Cos if the game leaves us room to develop a style, just like V, then it's absolutely perfect. But if the game is like the original, i mean with each zone so tiny and straight forward, with so little to experiment... idk, there are plenty of good players out there. At least V has this open field, and each mission has so many ways to complete, the game almost forces you to have a personal style. I worry Delta doesn't have that freedom. We'll see, my friend! We'll see... :D

@@-Runo 100% agreed about delta. Looks like an on rails sorta game like the original. And also... The Animations in delta..... Eeeer look abit robotic. 😮😢😢 Mgsv is so incredibly fluid and responsive it has spoilt us rotten 😝

@@hfxcinematic It has spoilt us rotten my friend! No better words :D Exactly about Delta moves, i think they are robotic too. I mean they seem way too clean and perfect. Something no human can do. In V you have fluid movements, and human-like micro adjustments at real human pace. In Delta you have that kind of perfect movements with no adjustments cos the thing was instantly flawless... idk what to think. Let's just wait and, as you say, keep our hope low. No Kojima, no Fox Engine, it will be a real challenge! :D

Thank you! This is a pretty accurate description of my playstyle :D This roots back when i was trying to play the game with a controller, and i found out i'm very very bad with it xD So i had to develop a way to smooth out my playstyle using keaboard and mouse... at least headshots are easier this way :D I see on your channel you love MGS games too.... will you bring more MGSV runs in the future?

After so many missions, i started to feel a lack of new ideas, or sometimes i just more or less redo an old run of mine with little variations... well, we're only humans after all. Welcome back my good friend!! I know i've been away for months... sometimes it's the struggle to find new 'decent' ideas, sometimes having the time, sometimes just laziness :D:D Besides, recently i played a bit an old game i loved in the past, world of warcraft. A kids toy in comparison to MGSV, but i was hooked to it when i was younger. A mmoprg is a kind of game that has little content which you have to repeat over and over to get better gear. And that took months... As a note, the best fun i had in WoW was back in 2018 when i was playing on Panda WoW, a russian private server. You guys were the best at pvp, i had so much fun in bgs back then! My best wishes to you Anton! (i feel sorry and angry when i hear those nazis attacking Russia. Try to avoid Crimea for holidays this summer - sorry for the joke xd Stay strong my friend! Everything goes by eventually...)

@@-Runo I used to play WOW in my study years, but never did deep learning of it. I prefer single player games. But I played all Warcraft RTS games (from 1 to FT), in my childhood we used to play 4vs4 or 3vs3 via LAN connection in "gamers club" in my town, where I was born. Team what lose used to pay for all gamer's playtime in administration. We called it "на время", this means we didn't bet on money, but on paycheck of time, which we spend on match itself, so longer gameplay - longer free game (if you win), or bigger check (if you lose) (I hope there is not so much mistakes in my writings))

@@user-bc1ns1ev6s Ahah! I loved WarCraft too xD I always rooted for the night elves, although they were so weak till The Frozen Throne exp. A paladin with a bunch of rude knights all around and a flock of gryphons flying up above are invincible :D WarCraft was the reason for the initial success of WoW, cos we all felt the game had a 'story' behind. But i loved other games from Blizzard too, like Diablo and Diablo 2. I mainly played Blizzard games in my youth... back when they were the greatest at making games! Anton, i'll maybe upload something from WoW in the future. Stay tuned! (i'd love to upload something from WarCraft too, but the old game version i have goes in conflict with the audio driver of Windows... nothing i can do atm)
