I left my console on while I was sleeping and climbed on the back of the truck when I had farmed a bunch of staff from the code talker mission and nearly maxed out on resources, when I came back my r&d team had leveled up from 51 to 60 and my resources had been processed as well. Wanted to add a few comments. Firstly, as of Tuesday, August 2nd, this method still works. Just downloaded the latest patch and I still had success using this method. Secondly, "Thank You" and "Well Done" Game Pro24X!!! This is a stellar video. You did a nice job explaining the necessary steps and I appreciate the extra description under the video as well. You have a good narrative voice, perfect for KZbin videos or DJ'n. If I had any criticism it would be that you don't need all the extra venom towards Konami. We all know that their handling of this game is flawed. Your video is very professional, but the extra profanity towards Konami isn't worth lowering your standard. Still working May 11, 2020 😂 🤣 to get a balance with the GMP you have spent fultoning the containers and tanks, i also fulton the walker gears and then i sell them 😂 🤣 total GMP spent with fulton 210k (14 containers, 3 tanks and 4 walker, gears) if you sell 3 tanks (300k) and 4 walker gears (200k) per mission you are getting 290k GMP

Great video!! Thanks for the hard work and keep it up!! With this new patch Precious Metals are my bottlecap, think I need to come up with close to 80,000 pm to fully upgrade weapons. This method should help tons thanks!! Not to mention that the latest patch broke my rewards. If I accept my rewards be they daily rewards, or dispatch missions or rewards from FOB defense i don't get those rewards at all. I lost 3.2 mil in 2 days, luckily I got 500k back but still waiting on the 2.7 mil from FOB defense. Thus far Konami hasn't been much help with customer support, ugh. And I just love how Konami is promoting their FOB and trying to bribe people to invade FOBs with extra cash rewards and crap. Hate the FOB system and getting raped by other people and then not even being able to retaliate.

method for anywhere.... start a mission (i like the mission (21 i think or 11) at nova braga airport) run through whole area extracting containers and anything else you want....... finish your main mission tasks, begin to leave the area, be careful not to pass the boundary which finalizes your mission, this can be identified on the map as a RED outline.... prior to passing it you will hit a checkpoint save, allow your extractions to be recorded, abort mission, restart and everything is back in place.... i usually do this about 4 times a day but that's also because i'm short 325 men on motherbase and finding suitable ranks. this has always worked for me. they key thing to remember is the checkpoint and not finalizing the mission.

you can actually equip the lil chicken head after dying 10x using chicken hat and it makes enemies 100% cant see you which make it alot easier, more fungsional than stealth camo

Thank goodness someone found a new way to resource farm after patch 1.06 nerfed it. @GamePro: Has the new patch increased the limit for GMP? I watched Rob Cram's "How to Get Quiet Back After Patch 1.06" video and his GMP is greater than 5 million.

+Adnan Hawk yes GMP has been buffed due to the costs of the third FOB and I have the guide with me and the command platform at lvl 4 is 12 mil. so yea they had to buff the cap. I believe the cap is 30 mil? not 100% sure but saw that number floating around. if it is 30 mil then that means online and offline will each go up to 15 mil seperatly. Ill gave to grind more gmp to really know tho. Enjoy the farm while it last before Konami removes it and makes it harder to gain resources AND add new stuff that costs a fuck ton of it.

This may or may not be the case on other platforms, but on the PS4 version this has been nerfed. Whenever you abort mission and return after the first initial farming run, the containers are there, but the resources are depleted. Even red containers that should have materials in the thousands only have 75 or 100 materials each. Essentially, you can only farm each area once. Perhaps if time is given between each farm to allow them to fill up it might be worth it. Since it takes so long for containers to respawn, perhaps it would take less time for the materials inside to replenish.

+GamePro24X Ok, figured it out. You mentioned that you need to start near OKB Zero in order to do this with quick succession, but that isn't the only reason. If you launch from the ACC and attempt to do this from there, you run into the issue I just mentioned. So it's not just a time saver.

Not sure if I'm doing this too fast or not fast enough but I've had it happen where when I get to the last tank and the three red containers out of nowhere a sniper manages to somehow see straight through my stealth camo, leading me to getting destroyed by not only getting stun locked by a guy with a shotgun but also the sniper, AND the helicopter. And I never took it off either, so either I must have screwed up at some point, or the sniper has eagle vision and saw straight through me.

I got something to make things go just a little bit faster to save time. The very last container that you fulton go up with it. It will auto abandon the mission on top of making a check point taking you back in the heli. This way you don't ahve to run back to a check point and then press esc to abandon the mission. Then go back to doing the mission to resource farm as per usual. Also works with v1.09 latest update right now.

well after 2 hours letting it running, my material processing is back to 800+ each time, again. i wonder is it that if you have more unprocessed material then you will get more processed material, or because i stay connected. ok i think i really figure it out this time, because i am online so 80% of my resource goes to online, and my offline resource is very little amount left, so does the processing rate is very low, so i guess everytime i start the game where i am forced to go online, then i have to farm container 1st before go into afk material processing.

Man you're a genius. It works on PC as well, glad that I don't have to do risky FOB missions to get resource any more (for now). But I got a problem: sometimes when I am extracting something that are not containers (Gear Walker, Tanks, AA Guns) I got spotted and resulted in Combat Mode. Of course I'm using stealth camo. So how come?

+GamePro24X I think the steps in the description could be more clear if you're going to refer people to it, and are even a bit misleading tbh. Depending on the mission, you don't need to be near the mission you're going to play, just on the same map (Afghanistan or Africa). Some people don't even know how to get to free roam so you might make that more clear. Then, you talk about extracting containers without telling people they need to first accept the mission from the iDroid, so some people might just run into the mission area in free roam without accepting the mission first. And I'd reiterate in the description that restarting the mission does not work.

Your on PS4 right? Can you tell me if going to "Power Saving Mode" will continue the processing of the materials or not. Because in my case it doesn't but I don't know if it's only me or everyone else is experiencing this.

power saving mode will put the game in rest or hibernate mode and all functions are halted meaning no interaction is possible during this sleep mode. however if you dont want to have your console runnning all night byt want yo process a good chunk of materials i reccomend using power save settings to put your ps4 into rest mode after a few hours. ive always done that and even tho the controller is plugged in and your walking forward. the ps4 will still believe the player is ni longer there and will proceed the count down until auto hibernate mode kicks in. hope this answers your question

Having the same issue myself, it was getting better recently and went away completely yesterday, but returned today with a vengeance, so that now I basically have to stop driving for a few seconds each time I come to a checkpoint or risk crashing.

nice, skull face was a great mission to farm on anyway. ive moved on to playing the Witcher 3 expansion but maybe ill this method a little for resources incase i go back to playing it

that one is really simple, just fulton children, dont kill people. Generally be a good person lol. I know some rare animals give you alot of heroism too and most rare ones are easy to catch.

all containers are processed materials. red ones give you the most out of every other color.

Just tried this on 1.10. I started in free roam near the mission start point, selected the mission, cut scene begins with chopper, I drop in collect all the containers, hit the check point then abort mission. Went to go back and the container values dropped. Was I supposed to restart the mission again? I might have forgot to do that …Yeah after resetting the containers, I figured it out. Still works! Thanks!

yea you must be in mission to have the values retained. Good thing you redid it again to double check.

Yeah man, appreciate it. A few hours of grinding and I have the resources to build the last 2 platforms for my FOB! I also found this has helped the enemy preparedness go down for me also.

So say I want to do this with the airport truck extraction mission or any other mission. Step 1. I go to that location using free roam. 2. Start the mission with idroid mission menu. 3. Gather containers. 4. Abort mission. 5 rinse and repeat?

yeah spot on. you don't have to be in the area but so long as your in free roam in the same region.

+GamePro24X I tried it today and it doesn't work. Doesn't even let me abort the mission because it's not an option. I wonder what I'm doing wrong? I was in free roam, accepted the mission, fultoned containers, then realized there is no abort option. I also noticed that when I select the mission in free roam it doesn't go to the start up screen like your video... I wonder what's wrong? Any ideas? Thx!!!

+GamePro24X thanks for your reply. I'll try again. Something is not right for sure. If mission is selected from acc it always starts normally and allows me to abort in the select menu. Another thing to note is I'm playing on PS3, not sure if it's different?...

+Viciasuan you mustove done something wrong they shouldove been back, did you abort the mission? also to make em respawn just complete 6 missions Id recommend c2w because you can complete it while in the chopper.

+GamePro24X It doesn't take 6 missions to respawn containers. At most, it takes 4. I know because I just had to respawn the containers at OKB Zero because the new farming method you posted has been patched. I did the following: 1) Deployed into a free roam; 2) Made my way to OKB Zero; 3) Accepted "Skull Face" while in free roam; 4) Extracted containers/materials; 5) Hit checkpoint; 6) Aborted mission from pause screen; 7) Found myself back in free roam near OKB Zero; 8) Extracted container to find that the number of materials had been reduced exponentially.

zibby43 your final step, it sounds like after youve aborted, the way you worded it makes it sounds like you immediatly extracted the container from free roam. Is this true or did you repeat the method tp fond it does not work.

You can but you'll have to re grin all over again. It's best to stock up and use my infinity farming method so you'll never have to grind ever again

Call me crazy, but I'm currently farming offline and right now some of these containers are not giving me full amounts. The Fuel resources is giving you 7500 but when i do it offline i'm getting 75. Has this happened to anyone?

you just need to S rank all missions. since they all are tied to how fast you can beat it, dont sweat getting caught or killing as much. this game is very forgiving.
