I can totally see Endeavor sacrificing himself in order to prevent his family from dying. That can pretty much come to an emotional but satisfying ending of his character. Personally, I don’t want the whole Todoroki family to die. It’s as you said “Where’s Horikoshi going with this?”. Well I mean. The speed Todoroki is approaching at he’ll probably either see the conclusion or make it in time. The explosion has to be stopped regardless and I’m sure they’ll need his ice to do so. Honestly It’d be a horrific twist if Todoroki, wanting to save everyone, threw himself into the mix and stop the explosion only to be the only one to die. Though regardless without a miracle I don’t see Dabi surviving.

It’s nice to see that the Todorokis are confronting this situation head on. It’s something I wanted to see from Enji for a while but it unfortunately never really happened. I’m still holding out hope that his character can still be salvaged. Bad character arc aside, it can still end on a high note. Regardless, it’s just super cool to finally see the family like this and I’m sure Shoto isn’t too far behind. I’m hoping that Natsu in particular is given a moment with Toya and I’m super interested to see where this goes.

It makes me think of scripture that says love covers a multitude of sin. And then knowing nothing can stop a mother’s love then thinking back about how Dabi still showed care for his mom, I think Rei will be able to get through to him before he disintegrates. Dabi just wanted his father approval and mother’s love that image reminds me of that. If endeavor has the chance to apologize and acknowledge the strength of his son I think they can break through to him. And of course shoto is going to come in the clutch. Hori isn’t going to make shoto an orphan. No way toga can get a possible redemption but the new generation of heroes have to suffer worse than the villains.

I have three major theories 1. Endeavor is going to grab Dabi and fly him up high enough that the blast would be far enough away, saying something emotional to Dabi as his final words 2. Shoto will arrive in time and together they'll all be able to cool off Dabi and maybe freeze him solid, the antithesis of how Dabi planned on going out 3. Dabi will regain his senses, but the process will be too far gone and he himself will fly into the sky, saying something emotional as his final words before going nuclear in the atmosphere

No way all the Todoroki family dies, Shoto is on the way and definitely going to change things when he gets there. Hard to say who is going to die here if any, it has felt like Endeavor's story has bene pushing for his sacrifice at least, but also it's felt like his redemption and staying alive to continue to atone feels like something they have been pushing as well.

Traitor Arc is 3 episodes (chapters 335-342) * Final War Arc is 7-8 episodes (chapters 343-369) Part 2 * Final War Arc is 13 episodes (chapters 370-???) But with Re Destro mentioned in each chapters 329, 341, 363, 383, 387 Season 7 should finally adapt more scenes from Meta Liberation Army Arc “My Villain Academia” that was skipped from Season 5 like Detnerat commercial and Miyashita from chapter 218, Giran meets Re Destro after being captured by Meta Liberation Army from chapter 219, Re Destro cries about Curious death and Skeptic berates Giran after he questions his footages from chapter 227 as flashbacks in each episodes just like Season 6 finally adapt League of Villains vs Creature Rejection Clan from chapter 220 as a flashback during Paranormal Liberation War

I'm kind of not surprised that Dabi had a dormant ice quirk , just because Dabi's body wasn't built to handle heat , he had the same built as his mother so he should be able to handle ice better regardless of the fire quirk. I'll give it that his Himura blood took over NOT that AFO gave him any secret quirk boost just to mess with Endeavor

I thought about it all again, the text at the end of the chapter and the page with the smiling Touya and his reunited family....it applies that its all in Touyas hands now. Nothing and none else will interfere in this anymore. Everything can happen now. As it seems, Touya is at peace. He might either have a change of heart, or even get a phoenix quirk that would regenerate him back to a baby for the family to start anew? Thus the Todorokis actually all survive? And like, baby-Touya beeing also the symbol of the rebirth of the whole family, symbolizing that they are clean now from their past sins and can now start anew? Like, the Touya that we as the viewers know now would be "dead", and baby-Touya would be a complete new person actually. Similar to how Makima died and is now Nayuta, if you know the Chainsaw-Man anime. Most likely, the Todorokis would give him a new name anyway, cause his old selfs identity would only cause trouble to him. And it would not matter if he would have the same apperiance as "Touya" before his accident, the public only knows the flame-scarred-maniac, not the child.

So I might be looking to far into the image, but it almost reminds me of 2 groups saying goodbye, hear me out, endeavor and dabi are centralized in the image, with the rest of the todoroki family off to the side, surrounding them, there also seems to be a gap between the two groups, it seems to suggest that dabi and endeavour will stand alone in the end, also, while the rest of the family look on, dabi and endeavour are the only ones that meet eye to eye, while the others watch what unfolds, and given the way endeavour has grown and developed through the series, him giving his life to his son in penance while saving the family that he abused and forsake him, seems like a proper end to the character

Now I will say this.........i can understand Rei and her ice being strong hence when Enjji picked her.............but Natsu and Fuyumi? We have never seen them use their quirks, so is it being assumed their is just as strong? I think horikoshi might make shoto use some super nova like Ice power to freeze them all to try and stop Touya from exploding or maybe he appears and with the 4 ice quirks they are able to stop Dabi from exploding at all. I don't think Horikoshi will end them all.

I don't think they all will die (maybe just endeavor and rei) . I believe, somehow, Shoto will arrive in time to give a boost with his ice quirk. I think with all of the combined ice powers it could be done... especially since Shoto's ice is stronger since he had been training to break the barriers of his quirk. Or maybe he too will have some sort of quirk awakening/evolution, or a moment where he uses 100% of both quirks. That could look similar to what Deku did during his fight with Muscular (with the doc explaining after the fight that the body usually allows the quirk user to only use a certain percentage of their quirk that prevents damage to the body but in desperate cases those inhibitors can be ignored or switched off)....Or the quirk awakening/evolution like what we saw with Dabi or Bakugo. And as for that image of everyone (excluding Shoto) being together, Dabi had always wanted to be acknowledged by Endeavor as "the best" or "good enough". I think the image symbolizes how he feels that he has finally been acknowledged as the best (that shoto was a mistake) and is ready to end it now that the acknowledgment has been made, and the relevant family members are present.

Obviously, Shoto is going arrive and try to save his family, before they're all killed, as well as everyone else. We'll see who, if any, survives and who doesn't. But I read this chapter with a friend who suggested something kinda morbid. Shoto does arrive before anyone is killed, and joins his family in a attempt to save absolutely everyone. The rest of the family chooses to try to help him instead of leaving. In the end, Dabi does not blow up the whole area, but the entire Todoroki family is wiped out!! My friend called it the Tragic end to a story of a family that should have never existed. Like I said morbid, and told my friend so. I also pointed out that this just doesn't feel like the type of series that would even suggest such a thing. To say someone in this series should never have been born, you would have to say that about many of the villains in the series (as well as the prequel series and even the movies). No way Horikoshi is going to make a point in the series, or anything related to it. And I definitely wouldn't say that about the 3 youngest Todoroki siblings. (Plus I think you would have to be careful in making that a point in even a seinen story/series, much one for a shonen audience.)

Uravity and Froppy vs Toga’s doubles and they will have 3-4 chapters left (392 or 393-395) and 1 chapter will have flashbacks either another flashback of Toga like her parents kick her out and Toga cries and how she meets the League of Villains or add a extra scene of Uravity and Deku’s decision from chapter 342 where Uravity thinks back or Tsu’s origins 2. The Other Fights is between Eraser Head and Present Mic vs Kurogiri and Dr Garaki returns for his revenge with his Exo Suit with Many Guns and Shields or transform him into Nomu against Eraser Head and Present Mic (and do like Stockman did with TMNT) and All Might vs AFO and both will have 6 chapters left (398-403) while Fat Gum and Can’t Stop Twinkling vs Kunieda and Cellophane, Tailman and Sugarman vs Gashly will both have 1 chapter each between chapters 396-397 and they will do just like Pinky fight against Sludge Villain and saves Shinso and Red Riot so they can control Gigantomachia with only 1 chapter spotlight since the intros on chapter 353 to even 2 chapters fights of Jaku Ruins, Troy and Takoba Stadium 3. Deku vs Shigaraki and they will have 9 chapters left (404-412) and Bakugo’s return will be included along with Class 1-A all arrives with Heroes to U.A. to watch and cheer on Deku to win

He possibly saved his fam due to phospor, the difference between him and dabi was the way they train. Dabi more likely spams cremation and just awakens his ice quirk recently, while Shoto spams his HF-HI quirk during his training in UA. Meaning Dabi wasn't use to his ice quirk while shoto honed it in years.

I think it needs to be remembered that Dabi is more than willing to kill the rest of his family to hurt endeavor. When shoto brought it up to him during the first war that Natsu almost died by the hands of Ending, Dabi wished he did, just because his death would hurt endeavor.

Im pretty sure shoto won't die considering the vision he had of everyone grown up as heroes in previous chapters. However im hoping his family doesn't die. If Dabi does die with his parents, i hope he can be forgiven and moves into the next life as touya. However, i have a theory. What you didn't notice was Dabi missing his arms. It could be a predicted future if all of them survived. But the sacrifice he'll make is losing his arms permanently.
