Ok but- takemichi's quirk depoloved in 2017 i think, so that means hes like... One of the oroginal era, back when quirks weren't normal, and going trough all of those things made his quirk like... Evolutionate? And now he can go around the timeline and meet the studenta of UA :v Thats the story my head just made up :v
