Yea since Goku was on the same level of Roshi in the tournament and Roshi at the end of that same arc destroyed the moon. Then after the Zenkai boosts and training on Kami’s lookout Goku surpassed Roshi in the Demon King Piccolo arc so yea Kid Goku is cracked when compared to some verses

It means that he has mastered all type of martial arts etc. 2)he travelled the lands searching for a worthy battle until he discovered the gates of shadows, It means that he was getting bored fighting with weaklings and so he decided to travell the lands and searching someone stronger to face, until he discovered a portal called the gates of shadows. 3)he broken the laws of the elders and opened the gates, and the demons of the other world were beyond him they rushed upon him, tearing his flesh, Dreaning his soul, turning him into a SHADOW. 4)and now for Eternity he was doomed to do wander the world and fight the demons that he has freed. When he became a Shadow he has obtained immortality, magic control, damage absorb, futuristic weapons, skills, and regeneration.
