So in Nezuko's usual form she is physically 12, and even in her older form, she is still mentally 12. (Major spoilers ahead for the end of the show) At the end of the show she gets turned back into her human form, yeah? Well, I'm assuming based off of articles I've read, etc, her body & mind speed up the aging process like how Muzan's did, so she ages the amount of years she's been a demon (which is 2) so only at the end of the show would she be physically & mentally 14.
