I went to pride for my first time the other week (it was in July because of covid) and there were homophobic people who had gotten in to try and “Change our minds” and I was given some trouble I can list a few of them. 1. I was accused of stealing when I did pay 2. Two people had a (I’m hoping it was an air soft gun) gun pointed at me shot it (it missed) called me a freak and said I should’ve been hit by the bullet (I ran away) 3. When I went into a store just a little away from pride the shopkeeper refused to sell me anything because I was wearing pride flags So if you ever do go to pride please be careful ❤️
