following that logic, touya wasn't being thrown around and beat up by endeavour at five, nor was he prohibited from interacting with anyone but him. ironic as it is, touya might've been the only kid endeavor genuinely cared about to some extent-- at least for his safety. he never touched him the same way he did rei and shoto. you can play trauma olympics all you want and say his trauma is worse or wtv but truth is they're not comparable bc their circumstances are VASTLY different and so is their relationship with endeavor. we can agree endeavour didn't deserve a happy ending though. he should've rotted in jail and the fact that horikoshi made rei forgive him is crazy😭 what was that man thinking
