I imagine in the Roleswap Au that All For One was someone who had the ability of copying the quirks and transfering them to others to help with the society, his brother in the other hand was jealous of him also because he didn't have quirk so he manipulate his brother to gave him a powerful quirk creating One For All, so when he got it he became so cocky that didn't really care about anything else but himself, he started to fight with other heroes and found a way to absorb part of the power of their quirks making them weak or unable to control them. in that case All For One would be the Good guy and All Might the Bad guy

Here’s the thing. It’s a role swap AU, so shouldn’t everyone be swapped? In my opinion, a true roe swap is on where everything is swapped. UA is an underground school for up and coming villains, “The League” is the name for the hero academy. Todoroki doesn’t use his mother’s side because *she* abused him, that is if we don’t switch up family dynamics or the way quirks work. Shigaraki and Toga’s quirks actually effect their personalities. Toga craves blood, and has from a young age, she even find it attractive, because her quirk heavily relies on drinking it. Shigaraki just before his quirk developed had a growing itch to destroy. Heck, if we look at the family side of things, and this is getting into spoiler territory, so look out, Endeavor was perfectly fine with training Touya and it was actually Rei (names man) who wanted the other kids. It was only when Shoto was born that Endeavor started getting abusive and ignored his other children. All in all, I like your swap AU, it’s just that all the swap AUs I’ve seen miss these key points of information, and I’m slightly peeved. From my own experience, AUs need to be thought about carefully and then have content made for them. Think about every little detail, cover every inch and change latter if necessary, because canon can change in an instant, and a swap AU can only work correctly if it changes *with* canon.

I love the AU! No hate; but one thing- If this AU were true, Dabi/Touya and Shigaraki would have already graduated- Dabi is 25, and Shigi is 20, but Toga is 16 which makes sense- So maybe in this AU Touya and Tomura/Tenko are teachers? And AfO is the principal- But really neat concept, that was the only thing that kinda made me wrao my head around it-
