16:10 Even though death arms left his job as a hero, at least in the manga he still managed to save civillians. Though, heroes before the first war (mostly) are garbage, as you stated. Thankfully, the situation got better with heroes after the first war (and the likes of those, who stain preferred to kill, have left their job)
