Thank you so much! It's all full manual, this lens does not have autofocus or manual focus, you only can focus with the rail. With that comes that the F-Stopps are very high (because of the high magnifications). But the depth of field is still very low. Thats why I did some stacking on some of the images as well. Some of the images took 15 minutes to half an hour to take.

Wow! It's makes me wonder, how do eyes change colour so fast, mine can change day to day, perhaps withing an hour or so.. how is this possible, considering what we see here!? It's like very thin fibrous fibers, like hair almost.. and the colour looks so solid, so how? Very fascinating photos..thankyou, I am very far from you, New Zealand, but if I end up traveling near, I would love to have the chance to see mine.. perhaps you will be able to witness/record the changes..?

Amazing. Lens and light reflection aren't visible. I feel lens is extended for additional magnification.

If you want to go Canon, the mp~e 65mm would be the equivalent of the one I used

Hello Markus, having tried this a little bit, these are tremendous and I feel your pain with acquiring focus! Did you come across the images by Suren Manvelyan? There are some taken at an angle and still with a lot of depth of field, which I don't quite understand how that is possible. Do you have any idea? BTW, I forwarded you video to an eye doctor in Vienna, let's see ...
