@MHBlacky_ENG I just asign them to on call crew beacon. Then not only do they have a chance of showing up randomly but you can also summon them at will. Fun fact they count as seperate entities so you can have 2 simultaneously.

The most tedious part about Kuva Liches isn't even the lich themselves, it's how quickly you can hit a point of no return for their missions. All it takes is 3 incorrect guesses of their codes and now you're fighting level 110 enemies each mission. This shit escalates so quickly, and is especially devastating for players who wanna dive into fighting liches as early as possible. My first lich took me two years to beat simply because I had to take a bunch of extra time to put together weapons that could actually hurt them. Even then the final confrontation was a several hour slug fest...

Many lich weapons are intended to be used as end-game weapons, so expecting a player who isn't equipped to handle level 100 enemies (when in end game you can hit 500+) to be able to take then out easily is a little silly. I'm not gonna shame you for taking years or hours to get your first lich, but even without galvanized mods you should be able to tackle level 100 enemies without taking ages. Cedo is a MR 8 requirement and isn't too difficult to obtain and without galvanized mods I was able to defeat my first few liches with it. By the time I got to the Kuva fortress and was dealing with level 115 enemies was it slow and annoying? Yes. But they were still doable missions - killing basic enemies wasn't taking full magazines from the cedo. And by the time its all said and done, you get a weapon that is most likely very acceptable for end-game and probably to defeat your next lich.

A important detail you forgot to mention is that you need to forma Kuva Weapons 5 times because it then allows you to level the weapon to level 40 instead of the usual level 30 max. (Each Forma giving the Weapon 2 extra max level increase) which then also gives more Mastery EXP. To be clear it‘s 200 MR EXP per Forma at a max of 5 forma for a total extra 1000 MR EXP when you hit level 40.

Couple call outs on the lich: they don’t just go away if you choose to ignore them, but you can force despawn them by downing them 3 times without stabbing. This is useful if you are not ready to stab but need them to go away. For example it’s important for defense mission if they spawned next to defense objective. While the lich won’t directly target defense objects they may damage it indirectly by attacking nearby players and some depending on their weapon can 1 shot defensive objectives instant failing the mission.

Using oull without knowing your order is the easiest way to get that Lich to level 5, you get the first stab correct but it literally tells you nothing. Just do your missions, to work on revealing your symbols. Stab them on the last mission before clearing the first planet (they auto upgrade if you successfully clear the planet so stab them before or you get no value). You should have 2 or almost 2 symbols uncovered by the time you finish the first planet. Then you continue doing your missions on the next planet until you get your third. Only use Oull as a placeholder for mods you do not have or are low on. OR if you happen to get the first two right on the first try, you can just stick the oull mod in the third slot to cut some time trying to figure out the third. This method lets your Lich get to at most level 3 so that you’re not struggling during the boss fight too much.

Nah, if you're revealing the symbols ASAP, which Oull in first blind stabs helps with, you very rarely get to rank 5. And, honestly, power creep has left rank 5 liches as barely a challenge anyway so I'd say if you're struggling with a r5 lich you might need to regroup. Your way is slower and just more offputting, and often requires doing bad mission types to try and draw the lich out of hiding after you've stripmined Earth.

People are going to get mad at you if you leave your lich to despawn on its own, because that takes forever and only one can spawn at a time. Down the lich three times in a row without executing it to force it to despawn right away.

Great video but have 1 tiny thing I would say, when it gets to the order of the requiem mods, do the oull first still, remember the symbol it displays as correct and put that one first, if you have a murmur then put the known mod then the oull and then the murmur mod, that is guaranteed to get you the first 2 and could even get you the kill there and then but if it doesent then you swap the oull from slot 2 to slot 3 and the murmur from slot 3 to slot 2. Phew that was a mouthful, I hope people actually understand what i just said

How you should set up your requiem Mods. A proper Guide Mechanics: Level - Lichs start at level 1. Each time you fail the sequence, the lich gains a level up to a max of 5. Level 5 Liches are only good if you want to convert them as they will be stronger as part of your Railjack crew, or when they come to help you in missions. Anger - There are 5 levels of anger, Indifferent > Annoyed > Fuming > Furious > Enraged. The higher the anger, the greater the chance the lich will appear in the mission. The anger resets when the lich levels up, and increases for every acolyte you finish on the lich nodes on the planet you are meant to be on. Time - Just how dam fast you want to finish the lich. The Guide: Key Take Aways - Ignore if you want a Level 5 lich, Don’t finisher your Lich unless you have a viable new sequence. Step 1: You have a lich after you, with the weapon and element you want. Good. Run the lich missions, but do not finisher your lich until you have unlocked your first symbol. If your lich shows up, just down it 3 times and it will run away (while this happens multiple extra acolytes will spawn, which is a bonus). This keeps the Anger Meter up, so he will come back ASAP. Step 2: First finisher. You know your first Requiem symbol, so set up your Parazon the following way: “Known Requiem 1”, Oull, “Random Requiem”. This gives you a 33.3% chance of success “Known Requiem 1” in slot 1, and a 14.28% Chance for “Random Requiem”. Best Odds you can get for first finsiher Step 3: Repeat Step 1, but this time until you unlock your second Requiem “Known Requiem 2” Success in slot 1: Step 4: You are now guaranteed to finish your lich in 1 or 2 more finishers, your parazoan needs to be “Known Requiem 1”, Oull, “Known Requiem 2” This gives you the best odds of completing it in 2 (Refer to the Monty Hall problem if you want to know why). If that fails, then “Known Requiem 1”, “Known Requiem 2, Oull”. And your done. Note: If “Known Requiem 2” turns out to be “Random Requiem” from your first lich finisher, then the order is “Known Requiem 1”, “Known Requiem 2, Oull”. Failure in slot 1: Step 4: You now know “Known Requiem 1” is not in slot 1, so try the following order: “Known Requiem 2”, Oull, “Known Requiem 1”. This gives you the best chance to finish the lich (Refer to the Monty Hall problem if you want to know why). If success full in slot one, but not 3, your order is “Known Requiem 2”, “Known Requiem 1”, Oull. Failure in slot 1 twice: Step 5: This is the worst timeline Your order is: Oull, “Known Requiem 2”, “Known Requiem 1” if that fails its Oull, “Known Requiem 1”, “Known Requiem 2” (If you want to know why this order, refer to the Monty Hall problem). Following this guide, gives you the best chance of success for minimum lich finishers: First finisher: 4.76% Chance of success Second finisher: 16.67% Chance of success Third finisher: 65.43% Chance of success 4th finisher: 13.24% Chance of success Making it the easiest and fasted way fastest, because you don’t have to keep building up the Anger meter and your getting it done in 3 planets most of the time. Notes: Some people disagree with the Monty Hall problem aspects of this guide, that is valid. But the core of the guide is: Guess 1: R1,Oull,Random, Guess 2: R2, Oull, R1 --> Guess 3 if R2 was correct R2, R1, Oull, Guess 3 Oull, R2, R1 --> Guess 4 if R2 was incorrect Oull, R1, R2. And its alternative with out the Monty Hall Problem Aspects is: Guess 1: R1,Oull,Random, Guess 2: R1,Oull,Random,R2, R1, Oull --> R2, Oull, R1 Guess 3: Oull, R1, R2 --> Oull, R2, R1 Either way, the core if this guide is correct for minimising time, and the number of lich encounters, there for final level of the lich. Just a little helpful tip if your litch keeps shredding your health. Khora's ensnare ability works on them, so when they spawn use her 2 and spam it until your litch is downed. I've used her for every litch fight after i found that out.

A Tip For Kuva Litch Farming: 1. The litch will remain on the planet area till all the nodes its on are cleared or if you parazon it, then it will lv up, make sure to take advantage of every node if you want to farm the litch and be ready with relics 2. Group a bunch of Enemies together near the Litch for it to convert it one at a time however it can convert only a few before focusing just on you 3. if theres few enemys around the litch and you dont have a group ability, you can make the litch chase you to some enemys just be careful with handling it, vice versa if you like the enemys going to the litch 4. Prime'ing a litch with stacks of Puncture, corrosive & Cold can save you the hassle of the damage it can try to do to you, even if its resistant or immune, cold can keep it on its knees for easy knee caps ^w^

One small detail was missed. The Requiem Mods have only 3 charges and they lose one charge once you find the right combination with the lich, so each mod can only be used to kill 3 liches

If a lich/sister spawns always engage and fight it, even if you dont want to stab them. only one can spawn at a time and you want the other players liches/sisters to spawn to get more murmurs/kuva (you should always engage other players liches/sisters as well). if you knock down but not stab 3 times they withdraw

One important tip abt railjack is u need to hv rank 6 in all command,gunner etc (i think) so it’s better to farm a bit intrinsic on railjack mission. I had to learn it the hard way tho.

Best strat that works for me and has a chance to successfully stab the litch before even going to a 2nd planet: Do all Murmur mission up until the last one, by then you'd already revealed 2 requiem mods, and just equip oull in 1st slot and stab Litch on final mission. If the 2 revealed mods happened to be in the right slots, off to Saturn proxima you go, if not, then at least you'll more or less know and will probably get the Litch on the 2nd planet. With this strat the Litch will never go past rank 3.

@@KartyrOfficialyes if you put corrupt charge on desert wind and any mod that increases based on combo multiplier on your melee weapon , if you spam your 4 you build up the mod to 11x. You can do that along with a level zero reflex coil and spam heaves with a 12 times multiplier as long as you don’t light. This works with glavies but it’s a bit harder to do. If you need clarification please ask.

DE could make lich spawning way more fast, less of a chore, "fun" and lore accurate: In kuva syphon missions, as long as the syphon is active, humanoid non-deformed ("deformed": ghouls, nox, kuva guardian, kuva jester and manics...the thrax are somewhat in this category too) grineer units kneel down as thought they were thralls instead of dying and display the weapon above their heads. With each one displaying a different weapon of the ones already displayed. The lich will be the LAST enemy you finish. When an enemy is finished, his weapon goes back into the pool to be displayed. To avoid "crowding" that could impact cpu perfomance, only one enemy will be kneeled down for each weapon. When the syphon is destroyed they bled out. Progenitor system remains with some more sensible element alterations. Simple, fast and direct to the point. And we also get kuva/relic chance because it is a syphon mission. Bonus worldbuilding points for being accurate on what is SAID during the old blood cinematic: that they work hard so maybe they are noticed...then why a larvling, a fresh batch grineer, is spawned to be the lich instead? Also the queen only seeing the troops effort when they are right on her nose (or lack of one xD) guarding the syphon is more adequate to her fickle, vane personality. Rather than a whole operation involving the "royal" guard just to see if a larvling is adequate or not.

As someone who likes farming liches and platinum, I want players to know how profitable they can be. If you get a lich with a cosmetic ephemera, Converting it will unlock the ephemera for you, while also allowing you to sell the lich to another player for plat. A lich with a weapon near the 60% bonus damage max is also worth a good amount on the market.

Tips: in order not to lvl up ur lich too fast, do ALL the lich marked mission so u get at much murmur as u can, or at least try execute ur lich after u finish 70% of the marked mission. If u manage to lvl up ur lich to lvl 4, try to get a full squad when u do the confrontation mission, most of the people in there with u can kill the lich within a min since lvl 4 lich is around a high lvl steel path acolyte. Not only that if u get a full squad when u kill 4 lich u get full amount corrupt key

After you get a lich, (generally I) use ivara to hunt thralls -> Don't get seen, don't get hit (not your only choice - yes, Revenant exists). If your lich spawns in defence mission, use a warframe specter in set location away from the defence objective -> Lich will target the specter instead of defence objective. If you spawn a toxin lich, NEVER use warframe abilities on the lich as this will make the lich proc miasma, a poison cloud that kills everything it touches (maxed Arcane Resistance will not save you). Also a good idea is to leave off hunting liches until can easily handle lvl 90-110 enemies (rank 5 lich enemies lvl) then if mistakes are made or RNG isnt kind the Lich never becomes a problem. And the longer you play Warframe the more mods you will have for better builds. AND if you hunt your lich in a group and you have a toxin lich, its easier to solo than do this in group - I did a public run and the other player kept attacking my lich, making it proc miasma, so i couldn't actually get near my lich. I had to ask them to stop attacking my lich. For the railjack Confrontation - you need to have one of your pilot intrinsics to r5 to enter Saturn Proxima Confrontation mission. Good idea as a minimum to equip MK3 gear from clan dojo Dry Dock research. If your railjack is squishy: hide your RJ in a hollowed asteroid, or other hollow object, so its not noticed by the enemy, and do mission using Amesha archwing. Use skill #1 to keep your warframe alive, and skill #2 to slow enemy craft so you can shoot them.

I have a bunch of Kuva weapons. I'm specifically leaving Tenet ones for now because setting up the right weapon with the right progenitor sounds like a lot more work. They need to make it possible to get multiple larvlings/candidates in the same mission. Don't want the first weapon option you got? Dismiss that larvling/candidate and summon another.

I would honestly farm for ephemera first, and sort the weapon elements out later. A good Xoris build is all you need to do the Granum Voids... as well as a bunch of high level coins but if you do the Pluto Corpus ship capture you should be getting a refund on that coin for each run.

Plus for sisters, any Sister mission with the hounds that also spawns a Treasurer will always drop a Zenith crown, so you’ll eventually be swimming in crowns.

I had the exact same problem with my last lich... used up my stock of void traces and no Ris. And like ringlord said, I just said "screw it" and traded for one. If you don't have the plat, maybe ask around in trade chat or Maroo's Bazaar to see if you can trade a requiem mod that you don't need for one that you do need.

Tbh,at this point in the game i would not even bother with liches anymore. Progress your quest to zariman and use your time for grindind standing there to get your first incarnons. 🤷‍♂️

When I farmed my first Lich I hated it. It's now one of my favorite things to do when I'm bored. Especially with the changes to Magnetic, Mesa makes light work of them already, but now rolling a weapon to have Innate Magnetic and adding Viral Slash It's just hilarious. EDIT: Don't be afraid to guess your first set of Requiem Mods. I've guessed my lich on the first try one time, and guessed the first two correctly on the first try more than 4 times. I've only hunted 6 Liches. Say them in your head when you put them on if it flows off the tongue it could very easily be the right order.

I always check these kuva lich guide in hopes for anything faster I can do, but there never is. It's nice with guaranteed weapons with whatever (limited) status you want. But this is definitely my least favourite grind in this entire game. I think a part of it for me is it's just slow, but not time wise, spawn wise. 4 minute Defence, 5 waves to kill 70 enemies? Extermination with random breaks where you have to guess the way forward because enemies in front hasn't spawned, and won't for another 200m. The only bearable ones are capture (when it doesn't turn into extermination) and ON PLANET sabotage (on ship easily takes more like 4 minutes). I really wish they at least had a steel path variant. I've done just litches for days now and there's like 0 enemies. I did some weapons testing after that in a normal survival and it felt like a shock how many enemies there were. Like why is the enemy density almost decreased from the star chart version of the content. It's genuine the worst part.

good tip: Banshee with high strength - at least 243% - then Gloom (90% slow). Use silence near Liches or Sisters and watch them helpless slowed down in their own animations. At this point, any weapon will be fine. Makes these fights trivial honestly

Use Hek Kuva with that setup and aim for head. Takes 80-100% of their health even at 5 Lich rank.

Fun thing I was doing final showdown with lich and when I was getting back to railjack, mission just failed (destroyed railjack), don't know how. Absolute peak, wasted about 30 minutes.

the problem with that first stab with oull is that sometimes the game has a bug where you attempted to stab your lich once (with oull), but the game count it as a double stab. Since you only equipped oull in the first slot and no requiem mod in the second, this becomes an auto fail and make your lich stronger. I hate this very much That's why i always wait for at least 1 symbol to be revealed (and equip it on the second slot afer oull) before i even try to stab my lich for the first time, so even if the bug triggers, at least i tested a symbol whether it's in the right position

My kuva lich is so strong and only spawns in 90-100lvl missions. I just keep dying over and over even with frames with damage protection abilities. As soon as i do enough damage to crack the lichs shield and it just recharges

Railjack used to not be a requirement, I had the same confusion first time I knocked all 3 health bars and instead of giving me the weapon he disappeared until I got my railjack

The railjack quest is actually fairly easy. I'd recommend clearing out Earth Proxima with your railjack to get some intrinsics and hire a couple of crew members and then honestly if you're careful you can do the railjack part of the lich fight with basic equipment. Nice thing is that the fighters and crew ships at the lich confrontation drop mk III railjack parts, so you can boost your railjack's power pretty significantly afterwards. Just a tip - as long as you aren't getting boarded by enemies (the game will make it clear when ramsleds are coming for you and you can shoot them down) then having a crewmember on engineering means you effectively can never die - every time your railjack hits 0 it will make a hull breach that the crewmember will automatically repair.

*Main rule when lich hunting:* _NEVER SHOOT YOUR LICH!_ Unless you're stabbing, of course. Lich can convert up to 10 nearby enemies to thralls. Since thralls are a resource you're looking for and it's very limited (10 max -- and not in each mission type!), most of those will be your extra. With this tactic, you can unlock 2 glyphs of the code and total most of the way to the 3rd one -- all on a single planet! As for stabbing strategy, unlock the first 2 glyphs, place them and a random third one, then stab. If you miss, you'll gain significant progress. If you hit, stab again.

Kuva weapons are sadly outshadowed by incarnon ones. There is powercreep in warframe, those weapons when they got released were on the hardest content and were really high end, there was peole will kuva bramma or quartakk(had imba single target). Notanymore, because most incarnon weapons are like twice better than the best kuva/tennet weapons. As of now, liches are mostly used for fast mastery and meme items.

not going to lie, been stuck with my Lich for years. heck, i never even unlocked Railjack until they made them far more accessible (long after the popularity died). so i never even got past earth missions in that mode. so ontop of having to stomach the lich, stomach the OP kuva opening missions and the whole Mastermind thing, you have to hope the Lich goes into a Proxima you have access to? like christ. would not be surprised if a frame like Sevagoth had low players+helminth rates until they ran+glitched it during a Summer game fest. (where people got *two* of them). like that seems extremely convoluted for something relatively unique, but itself has lots of barriers. so you have a choice between stomaching OP Kuva opening missions and the glitchy kuva siphon missions, or people can do the casually ultra-neat/good vanilla relic opening missions (exterminate, capture). if i want to mindlessly do relic missions, i'd at least do the regular relic missions that'd actually have direct rewards+players than going matryoshka-doing.

So I did the math, if you do the stabs correctly you can defeat a lich in 3 hits at most and 2 hits 50% of the time Also by the time I get to the last stab I have all 3 requiem mods and usually I like to replace my Oull with an actual requiem mod unless I'm missing one and don't feel like grinding it :P

What's great ab this game is you never waste time, you always gain something unless you fail a mission (and even then you at least get mastery or some loot in specific missions). Consider this, if anything, some extra MR, you will also get creds and resources by getting to it
