First of all some of the drawings Mheetu does NOT have whiskers so and in the lion king and two the male lions cub or not are suppose to have whiskers second I have a little thing but this is not true but it is how I see the lion king the same time Mheetu was born Simba had a little sister Kimba I know pause we know Kimba the white lion but this Kimba is a girl anyways let’s continue then a few years later Kimba was considered dead because Scar was considering being the killer of Kimba but minutes later a lion named Chio adopted her when she grew up her and Chio went to live in the pride lands and then the wonderful Simba became king

Actually yes. Because scar is mheetus father and scar is simbas uncle. So actually yes. People say nala and simba are cousins. But in my opinion, nalas father is a rogue lion. But nala and simba are betrothed to each other. And sarabi and sarafina are just best friends not exactly sisters. So simba and nala are not related.
