Guess I'm gonna use adept charge blade now! One of my favorite things from the CB in MH4U was the guard points and going straight into a AED when you blocked an attack. They kinda took away that (or at least changed it) in GU and other things that made Guild CB a little less fun for me, but seeing you with the adept CB reminds me of my play style in 4U. Amazing video!

@@joesheridan9451 that's a valid opinion but can you elaborate? I feel like the base CB in GU is basically 4U's, albeit nerfed

@@apanst noooo dude. In 4U you could go from guard point straight into an AED or saed. That was the cbs best and most fun weapon and what defined it. and they took that away completely in GU, including adept. In GU your guard point just went straight into the basic axe overhead swing. On top of that you had to transform to axe mode and then cancel a super into sheild charge. Whereas 4u you could do the classic sheild thrust into super to then cancel into sheild. Honestly GU cb was a travesty. Sure you could still have some fun with it but they completely gutted the weapon. It was brutal. Thankfully world restored its glory

The tigrex clip at that time features the Ethereal Statera which is the final form of the very first CB you get in the game. It's a solid weapon, jack of all trades and my first choice

This charge is made possible by Adept style. The game has 6 or so styles that you can play each weapon with. Give it a search and watch some tutorials as the game is terrible at explaining

I got this armor from carrying save data from MHG on 3DS. I am unsure if it is possible to get it any other way. As a matter of fact I can't make more than 2 sets of it.

Your latter assumption is correct, I am using the maxed out version of the base weapon on G rank monsters for the majority of the clips. I found that weapon to be balanced really well for my tastes

@@joemama2761 The final clip is great, but the trampoline clip and the "guardpoint practice" aren't epic (CB have some huuuge guardpoint). It's easy to do adept evade/guard, so it isn't epic. Your first video was boring, but this one is more interessant. I hope the next one would be really epic. (Sorry if it sounds a bit rude, it's my opinion and I just hope the best for you. You're doing a great job for a beginner on KZbin)
