question about guardpointing and taking chip damage. If you're at 1hp can you die from chip even if you guardpoint? Because at 2:48 you gp a move when the chip would have killed, right?

You can die from chip damage, it's just that that attack wasn't strong enough for him to take chip damage. Stronger attacks, no GP/charged shield, or less points of Guard will make you take more chip damage.

@@Iispj in rise there is 2 way to transform from axe to sns mode. There is the old way with gp at the end of the animation and the new way with gp at the beginning of the animation

its a switch skill called "Counter Morph Slash", it changes your axe to sword animation, it will take longer but will have a guard point at the start of the animation. its good for moments like this when you are stuck in axe mode and needed a quick way to block. to add to this, counter morph slash also increase your damage when you GP successfully, so its a go to choice for most CB players, the one with the GP at the end of the animation is just the default "Morph Slash".

Jesus Christ these lvl 100s have way more HP than they feasibly should have. It's absurd and probably stopping me from wanting to continue with Sunbreak. The HP bloat is worse than 4U GQs and that game wasn't even scaled for solo play.

Not really... hunts take about 7 to 8 minutes.

And this is the easy fight. It was reported by data miners that LVL 100 A5 monsters fought on Investigations have less HP than A5 monsters that are fought on Aflicted Quests once you unlock them. So on proper A5 quests, these fuckers have a lot more HP and that's why Poison nowadays after the title update is so OP as it was also reported that in a fight that goes beyond 15 minutes, Poison can eat away almost 80% of the monster HP.

10min +- hunts looks fine to me tbh, some stronger one might takes like 15min but still ok. im sure if you know their moveset u can shorten those hunt by significant amount

ค่าความต้่นทานมันเปลี่ยนไปตามร่างของมันครับ ยิ่งมันเคลือบน้ำแข็งเยอะ มันก็ยิ่งโดนแรง

mhw is better overall in sunbreak, sunbreak/rise is like a downgrade made it too easy wirebugs, riding monster for damage and craftable jewels , mhw is more grindyy and gave u the feeling of new and vast area and so on... mhw > rise/sb
