Gore was always one of my favorite monsters to fight in genU. Once i learned its moveset, perfectly side stepping and countering its combos feels legendary

Man I never got interested in Monster Hunter when tried Tri and Gens, until my friend told me "Bro, play 4U, believe me, give it a chance" and it instantly hook me up until this day, then I played nonstop all Monster Hunters and as you said Gore was unique, but also 4U was unique to me, maybe because it was the first game I loved from the franchise or maybe because the narrative is until this day the best one I saw in a Monster Hunter game but since Gore was so important it was hard to think I was going to see him again in another game not centered on him. I am so so so hype about Gore and screamed like a little girl when I watched the trailer the other week, and what I love the most is like Malzeno was going to steal that spotlight of "threat" to other monsters and now we have Gore and Seregios... I am so so so so damn happy... also Gore never looked so good as now

I really do hope they change how frenzy phase gore is dealt with. It was so badass every time, but if you kept the offense it would be gone in less than a minute and a half. I really want that phase to be more of an OH SHIT phase that you struggle to get him out instead of just an “oh he’s frenzied. Oh well! Free knockdown!”

Mabey they use the Antivirus skill like the Hellfire Cloak skill of Magnamalo in a 3 tier skill. Tier 1 you are inflictet every 3 min with the frenzy virus. Tier 2 you gain +5% affinty if you overcome the frenzy. Tier 3 you gain +10% affinty if you overcome the frenzy and you are infictet every 90 sec with the frenzy virus. High risk, high reward skill because of the damage you need to do.

I'm buying Sunbreak just because they brought back Gore Magala... and it's also to pretty safe to assume that Shagaru will also make an appearance. I suspect that they will retcon it a bit, so that all Apexes we fought so far were actually Frenzy Virus survivors.

My guess is that the G-Rank Rampage will be frenzied monsters since it would fit the gothic theme as a horde of undead.

They bring back all these monsters but not my boys, Cha-Cha and Kayamba 😢. All in all this is a welcomed addition to my fashio-uh hunting sets. Weapons are going to look good too

I love the eye on the Gore GL. It follows the camera around IIRC. Not sure if it's the same with the GS. edit: Just checked in GU, and the GS eye doesn't move. :(

i did play 4u and got to fight gore damn he was so fun and hard but i got a new pc now so i have to install it all again on citra and go thru the entire game again i think. never got to fight shagaru tho didnt get so far into the story past gore

In that Gore scene, I honestly thought that Great Boggi was going to attack the Goss Harag to protect the little Boggi, but Gore Magala is WAY better than that! The Gore Magala, and especially the Espinas reveals would've been absolutely mindblowing if I hadn't seen that leaked loading screen (stupid leaks ruining everything!)

Gore returns is a welcoming surprise. I originally thought Gore could not come back because of recent world event. It didn't come out of nowhere, Advance War Reboot got delayed because there are war happening in our world. A dragon who use virus as their weapon could make Capcom not to take the risk of bad impressions.
