I know it's mentioned that full 6 member participation is mandatory, but what if it's not possible for everyone. Will they accept college's consent letter if we mention that "these students are not able to participate due to some reason like...". Or will we get disqualified if all members are not present?

This video is a welcoming session and mentoring session for the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2024 Grand Finale participants. The session was conducted by Shri Yogesh Brahmankar, Innovation Director, and Anush Prakash Sharma, Innovation Officer. Key points: * The SIH is a world's biggest open innovation model where students and teachers contribute to problem statements provided by Ministries and corporates. * The Grand Finale is a 36-hour non-stop hackathon where participants work on their solutions to the problem statements. * The Grand Finale will be graced by the Honorable Prime Minister on December 11, 2024. * Participants should carry their original ID cards, consent letter from their head of institute, and laptops. * Participants should form teams of 6 members, including at least one female member. * Mentors are optional but recommended. * Accommodation and meals will be provided to the participants. * Participants can bring their own standy and T-shirts. * There will be technical and general sessions conducted by experts. * Participants can reach out to the organizers through Telegram and email for any queries. Additional points: * The SIH has received over 54,500 ideas and 1280 ideas have made it to the Grand Finale. * The SIH has successfully deployed over 100 solutions and provided thousands of internships. * The SIH is a great opportunity for students to learn, innovate, and make an impact.

yes surely just make sure you have a clg letter head signed by dean and do write the issue why she is not coming i would suggest you to write any medical issue and done ok but the nodal centre will cut the money of reimbursement of any absentee else no issue will come

Yes you can Just make a letter head signed with dean And type like These students (with names ) can't attend due to these reasons So we are replacing with these 2 new students( write necessary details like branch and year ) Ok signed by Dean And done
