I like fighting him alot , im main sns, but the chip damage is huge after that need to be careful not to get one shoted, probably healer palico or eat swicher for small hp boost

Fantastic video, I haven't reached Valstrax yet, but this will be really helpful for when I fight him! Honestly, I would love to see more videos like this. Hearing tips and tricks on how to fight monsters with SnS is great to watch! Lastly, if you were to do a serious TA run on Valstrax, what SnS would you use?

I'm glad this video turns out to be helpful for people! if I were to run do a serious TA run I'll definitely still stick with Valstrax SnS due to it's high raw, comfy white sharpness, and high amount of dragong, an element valstrax is weak in. Honestly Valstrax SnS might just become a new Rathian SnS, where it is just a good allrounder for everything lol I'm certainly interested in doing more guides like this, so feel free to suggest any monsters you want to see!

@@csmhpiano5193 Valstrax SnS on Valstrax itself huh? Though Valstrax is actually isn't weak to Dragon at all (It's weak to every element BUT Dragon), but interesting choice nonetheless. Some monsters I'd like to see an SnS guide on would most certainly be ones like Lunagaron, Seregios, Gore and Shagaru Magala, and maybe Rajang and Furious Rajang!

Very lovely run ✨✨. I am wondering if the infinite slash combo is better than than the good’ol combo + XA finisher? If it is better then why I don’t see so many people using it before sunbreak comes out. Did they change the dmg output in any way? Thank you ^^

yeah this meta is pretty much a new change from Sunbreak! In this expansion, our slash moves all got damaged boost across the board meanwhile the shield bash got nerf instead. This combined with the fact that elemental also got buffed made slash combo a much better output! As for the comparison : for short opening a full lateral slash is better, but for long opening due to the speed of which you can spam over the period of many seconds the infinite combo actually edge out a win!
