Its the Magmadron tree, and the switch skills were Demon Flurry Rush, Demon Mode, Roundslash Combo, Spiral Slash, and Shrouded Vault

Anyone could do it but it often requires a lot of time and motivation, sometimes understanding of behind the scenes math (Armor Skills, Weapon DPS, Topple Thresholds) and luck.
