Seals are direction action. They go in, do whatever, and leave without a trace in a short period of time. Marsoc acts like the green berets, they will go in an area and stay there over a long or short period of time, and work with the locals to fight against the enemy. So they act like virus' go in an stay in until the cell, or enemy, is destroyed
