Takes lots of practice I still wont use foresight slash when I'm playing with others, which is fine since I can run maximum might instead of peak performance since I wont be draining stamina

Long Sword main here and let me tell you, this must have taken a lot of hard work and practice. Smooth yet powerful combos. Great evasion and defensive tactics and a great loadout/inventory of consumables. Overall a master rank swordsman. Well done brother!

Okay, so if you press Triangle immediately as you're launching yourself into the air with Spirit Thrust, your character will be stuck in end lag after finishing Spirit Helmbreaker, during which you can input delayed counters. It's kind of tricky to pull off, but once you get the timing down you can pull off some really cheesy counters, as you saw.

I believe you can only delay it that long after an early helm splitter, which is when you immediately press the attack button after going into the air.

Awesome battle! How do you follow up with that jump + multiple strikes attack as you drop down on his leg? How do you do that insane hyper jump at the end? I play longswords and never seen anything like it!

The jump attack is the Spirit Helmbreaker. It costs 1 Spirit Gauge level to use, and you do it by pressing R2 + Triangle. To do the falling attack, just press either Triangle or Circle while falling (both do the same thing); you can also re-angle yourself during the fall in case the monster moves. It's one of your highest-damaging moves, so don't skimp out on it if you plan on using the Long Sword. The super jump at the end is actually a gesture. You earn it by completing one of the Final Fantasy missions -- I _think_ it's just the Kulu Yaku mission, but it's been a while and I honestly don't remember. The evasion aspect is a unique interaction that can only be done against Behemoth.
