Fatalis bow can outperform elemental bows against matchups with low elemental weaknesses, like Zinogre, or when you have high uptime on evasion mantle, otherwise elemental bow is still better.

Bow has always been an element based weapon like 50-60% of its damage comes from element raw bow don't do too well other than Faitalis IMO
