Like you did it at 0:55 I can never figured it out how you do that, I try to do that and everytime I fail, is it just guard and back jump? How you do it so smooth and fast? It's so hard I never success even single once😭 Plz teach me your secret tips master!

You need feline landing food skill. (I think that's what it's called). It removes the recovery landing animation after jumping from height, so you can backhop immediately after landing.
