for the kulu yaku at 3:50: on pc, they swap the mounting controls when you change from blademaster to gunner. so if you look at their controls, it says "left click to brace". they were probably left clicking to stab, which is what the controls were before iceborne and still are for blademaster, but were bracing repeatedly without realizing the buttons had changed.

You build 30 thunder resist because you don't want to deal with his shocked bullshit. You get good at fighting kirin and decide you don't need thunder res since you dodge all his attacks. Equip all your attack decos and then get hit once, get wombo combod to death. You hold back your bitter bitch tears as you go back to 30 thunder res.

@@Lucaccino17 Was being overkill with the res. Funny enough resistances is one of the formula I understand the least. Is it flat damage resistance of type? Does it have diminished returns? Does it cap? etc.. All I really know is that a lot of monsters have physical components to their elemental attacks and very few attacks are actually fully elemental. Some elemental attacks are 100% physical and has no elemental component despite appearance.
