how did you get your elemental damage up to 950? i have the exact same build but max out at 860

The elemental augmentations for weapons raises the base elemental value, which allows for a higher cap. Cap is 1.6x the base, iirc.

Pretty late, but it's cause of Coalescene on the Rimeguard y helm. Once you recover from any blights it adds 90 elemental damage.

Rimeguard y (gamma) pieces have more deco slots than the b (beta) version of the armor set. You craft the gamma pieces from tickets from killing AT Velkhana in the event quest The Place Where Winter Sleeps.

@@Exoquell they're talking about weapon augments not skills, which in this case it's cause this guy is using a rarity 11 weapon which will always have more augment slots than a rarity 12 when fully upgraded
