In my opinion, the Mi Band 5 and other sports bands have one very important function, which is measuring the heart rate and blood pressure. The reason for my opinion is very simple. Many people today have health problems related to the circulatory system. An example of such a person is my dad who suffers from hypertension. These people have to monitor their heart rate and blood pressure very often, and the wristband allows them to do it very quickly and easily. By controlling these parameters, sick people can feel more comfortable and safe. If it was me who won this competition, I would hand the armband to my dad so that he would not have to use the blood pressure monitor anymore and never worry again :) Regards!
