Worked, thanks :) Making an account through the phone was weird though, kept saying account didn't exist (because it just wasn't making it). I made the account on the PC and used Tunnelbear on the phone before I signed into Mi Fit.

Thanks for the info. Fortunately, as I was listening to your video, I opened another tab and created an account on their site then was able to sign in on my phone. Little quicker than your method. I was turned off when you said tunnelbear.

I have read online that you can plug it into the computer and as soon as it starts blinking, you try to sync it to your phone, or let it discharge and then put it in the fridge (not freezer) for a couple days then pair it with your phone. I have also read online that you may need to create a new account. Hope this helps.

Wish it worked mate. Read this sorted it somewhere but didn't. Jealous seeing yours. Even tried rebooting u installing Singapore and Japan. No luck. :(

Hi, try to reboot your phone...turn on connection to Japan with tunnelbear (make sure you have good network connection)...open mi fit, press sign in enter you info and press sign in again...if it fails try it again...the same thing happened to me and then I figured out that it was because tunnelbear disconnected...Once I connected it worked...Hope this helps

+abdul hafeez bro I've just solved the same problem account.xiaomi.com/pass/register get into this site and check if you registered to another email. The device allow only one account. That's why you have that error sign. For example, I logged to gmail, however I've forgot it. And I try to log in via another mail. That caused the problem. Hope that might be helpful to you.
