Thanks for the detailed video Ken. My trimmer wouldn't turn on about 6 months ago, today I was just cleaning the bathroom junk and was about to throw this trimmer away. Something came over me and I googled searched "mi trimmer stopped working" you were the first video up. Watched the video decided to try it found out the battery was loose and the metal thing wasn't touching 1 part of the battery, just finger tightened/jammed the battery and it actually started working!!!! All this took about 40mins as I'm not really into DIY fixes also there was a whole bunch of beard hair in the inside of the trimmer so needed a deep clean. Thanks so much now I have an extra backup trimmer👍🙏

One more point for diagnosis: If water goes into motor, it may cause jam of motor. Motor head will not rotate when rotating by hand. What you have to do is, use a cutting plair and gently rotate the motor header. It will rotate! Thanks for the video!

recently i had purchased this trimmer. I used it on the day of purchase. After a week i found the battery drained. I charged it and when the trimmer got sufficient charge the motor started running & i couldn't switch it off. i had to drain it completely so that it got switched off. The trimmer did not come in contact with water then why it is behaving like that. Please can you suggest what would be the problem.

Battery backup has gone completely...it doesn't last for 5min even after charging it for 4hrs. Battery indicator shows fully charged (3 leds glow constantly) after plugging in charger for 10min only. Should i replace the battery? If so suggest me one decent battery for it.

Bhai main help krr dunga . Maine aaj hi mangaya h Maine pehle nikala tha usske baad wapas blade ko galat lagaya tha .Bhai vo blade galat lag rhi h . Ek baar Bina blade k comb lagake settings dekhna Sahi hogi . Agar Sahi h toh tum blade lagane main mistake krr rhe ho . Agar nhi samjh aya toh instagram pe photo bhej k bata dunga😊😊

Hey! I am not an expert but I don't think that part is available as a spare so if you have all the broken pieces, I suggest you use some sort of strong glue to put it back since it is just plastic and a stationary part, it should be fine.

Open the sealed compartment and then wipe off the water. After that the switch will work

Generally the battery has to be jump started if the battery is fine. I would suggest to take it to the service center.
