Thanks for sharing your fish curry recipe I didnt know about holding the uree upto the light to see if there were bugs inside. At £9kg you need to grow them next year on your balcony! When you cook fish like Ayr or Boal do you sometimes fry it first before putting it into the curry gravy?

Yes, it is best to grow your own 😁. I sometimes fry it but prefer not to as it's much healthier and tastes fresher
