Just a suggestion If you are buying a laptop without dedicated graphics card, then go with amd ryzen processors Otherwise you can go with Intel Core processors

NOTE: only the Maxxed out variant of the Mi notebook Horizon Edition comes with a fast PCIe NVMe SSD, all other Mi notebooks come with a SATA-3 SSD which is MUCH slower. SATA SSD speeds are around 500 for read as well as write. For instance, my friend's laptop with an NVMe SSD (and otherwise comparable specs) boots up in 3 seconds, while mine (with a SATA SSD) takes around 18 seconds. And to get stutter-free performance I need to set it to max performance all the time. For that reason alone I don't recommend any Mi Notebook except the 60k - and at 60k you have much better options anyway.

@@vkohli17 The only Asus zenbook at 60k is the ryzen 3500u variant which is much inferior in performance and also not all PCIe SSDs are the same, the 60k variant has mi notebook has 3200 mbps read and 1900 mbps write which is way ahead of the competition under 1 lakh. Suggest that THIN AND LIGHT laptop under 60k that is MUCH better as mentioned in you comment.

Even though xiaomi was marketing 10th gen intel processors as the USP, but in reality it is not. Xiaomi has used 14nm 10th gen processors while competition is using 10nm.. So it makes lot of difference.. Also, xiaomi has used SATA SSD in all corei5 models which is 10times slower than NVMe (according to xiaomi itself), only i7 model has NVMe SSD.. Now a days all competitors use NVMe even in budget laptops costing 35k (e.g. Asus, HP etc) Further you don't have backlit keyboard, finger print sensor etc.. Touchpad is already crackling.. After sales service is a huge question mark.. So in my opinion xiaomi laptops are not at all recommended. Don't fall for marketing gimmicks..

Also, xioami laptops do not have SSD as well as RAM slot for expansion which is pretty unacceptable now a days.. I mean the base model has only 256GB at 44k price and no extra slot also.. Obviously because of spec. Which laptop in India is giving i7 with imx 350 at 59k. I think the next i7 processor starts at 75k to 79k and that 15 to 20k is a lot for people. And there is no laptop with imx 350.

Yeah there are still lot of non Chinese laptop brands...hope Chinese don't overtake them like in mobile
