While the Robot Mop is working well, there is a problem with getting replacement spares (main brush, filters etc.). As per Xiaomi helpdesk, the replacements are only available with service centres. When we reach centres, they don't even know about the product

It is not a problem the mi has clearly said that call customer care and then make them know what spares do you need and then confirm your nearest service center and the part will be available there

I just got a reply from "Xiaomi Customer Service of India", stating that parts for " Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P Black are no longer available". It is disappointing to know that a product that has spares to be replaced periodically (Filters, Brushes etc.), are not readily available (Bangalore). It's an irony that a product is being sold in the market wherein we cannot even follow the manufactures recommended filter and brush replacement frequency. I am afraid what will happen when a part fails

Should I keep the charging dock on all the time? Should I turn off the vaccum manually once the charging is done? Or the light being ON on the vaccum for a longer time is totally fine??

I have purchased Mi.Robo vaccume Mop P cleaner in December 2021. And from August 2022 ( after 6 months of usage) am facing some software issues in robot vacuum mop P it is forgetting to clean ,it is only making border line and going back to charge. And so many issues. It is not even mopping in Y pattern. And so many issues in mopping. I have to keep on watching the robot if it is cleaning or not. I have complained to customer care but still my problem is not resolved
