Great review.. I have been watching all your videos ever since I bought Mi TV 4 55" (first generation) and I always found your videos are very informative and useful.. I have seen many reviews on Mi Voccum robot but no one covered my question... How well can it handle long hair strands on floor? Will the main brush get stuck with too many long hair strands? If yes, then no point buying this for me. Please answer this... I almost finalized this to buy but just wanted to confirm on this?

Hi, is it possible to schedule sweeping and mopping of 2 rooms at 12 midnight and another 2 rooms at 2 p.m. afternoon. Basically I want to do the sweeping and mopping of the hallway living and dining room when we are asleep in the night & do the bedrooms in the morning When we r awake. It is possible through the app. Also can I connect it to Alexa?

Hey! Can the app be downloaded and controlled through two different phones. I live in a joint family and sometimes if I go to work, I'd prefer if someone else manages the running of the robovac. I have purchased a mi vacuum robot mop in June last.it was working fine for one month.then all of a sudden it is seen not working properly for reasons unknown to me.then the matter was informed to xiaomi service centre and all formalities done as required by them.now it is about two months passed.but i am very sorry to say that there is no contact,no response,inaction,and no message till this time.their after service seems to be very unsatisfactory at least in my case.my mop is sitting idle now in my room.this is for information to all concerned.

We purchased mi robot on May 4th this year and it’s not working.after many calls to customer care they replaced on June 10 th and for my fate it’s only vacuuming but not mopping after many complaints the service person in Hyderabad asked intelligently when it is not working early hrs r morning r afternoon r evening ? We surprised is the device known the timings and whether changes r in which country it is working.we blasted with laugh. finally they changed except the dome each and every part of the device and returned back to us with complete dust . Now when we made complaints regarding not working in mopping mode simply they r saying it’s ur internet connection problem when the device is showing 100% connection also . So dear customers be careful when purchasing

No the idea is to use as much water as required because if the floor is too wet it could lead to someone slipping. If still in doubt do a reset and try again
