No need to go to service center for this just remove its battery and connect your MI robotic Vaccum cleaner directly to your ac power after 15 min again attach your battery and your problem will get resolve.

That's normal. The water tanks works like that. It only lets a couple of drops at the time so the mop have enough water to do the mopping.

Hi Rohan - Even I'm facing issue with the device. I have been asked to visit Service center. I see that you had replacement by contacting customer care. Does the engineer visit your place to inspect product before replacement ?

Yes they sent a engineer to check. Make sure to record the video when engineer inspects your device

I too had same issue next day it arrived. As of now Amazon replaced it but this seems like a silicon bug. Machine not able to come out of standby mode after longer period what is called as deep sleep mode to save power. Typical Chinese chip I must say. Just switch off after every charge to avoid deep sleep mode.

Mine stopped in under 2 weeks, it keeps saying Radar Timed Out and does nothing. It wont even return to the dock. It was fine until this evening and when I initiated a cleaning task, it just did not respond. Very disappointed

Make sure device drains completely and then charge it again ...but the best option is to just get it replaced

This robot is junk. Better not to buy it. Its vacuum feature is ok at best and mop is just not at all useful. I’ve had plenty of issues with this and don’t recommend anyone to buy one. First few months it was perfect but then it started to misbehave. Like it didn’t know where it was most of the time. I checked the sensors and there was no dirt or anything in the way yet it seemed confused where it needed to go. It always created an overlapping of a map on the existing map but it was wrong. Currently the vacuum function isn’t working. Literally a piece of junk.

Remove the 4 screws Remove de batter lid Unplug the battery then plug again. Press and hold the on/off button. Problem solved

Well after a while robot started to turn itself off unexpectedly. After I changed the battery, everthing is okey.

I had the same issue.. it freezes in standby mode.. best solution to this is to manually switch off after use... If your stuck wait 2 -4 days for battery to drain... After that charge it it will work.. Quick fix is to disconnect the battery wait 10 seconds and connect it. It will start functioning normal but you will loose your warranty from the company .. It just needs a restart...

Same issue, the battery capacity went on degrading and in just 13 months it holds no power. When complaint they say it is out of warranty now. I believe they are using inferior quality of components. For a branded product the battery like should atleast be 3-5 years.
