My Mi tv stick was working fine on a jio WiFi connection. However, I shifted upstairs and I have a Mercusys range extender there. Now the Mi tv stick connects but has no Internet. I tried your methods but it still doesn't work, whereas other devices work fine with the range extender. What can I do to make it work?

I think This problem is due to range So you need to setup your WiFi connection near as possible to your Mi tv stick Because as you said this problem is created when I shifted to upstairs Thanku

@@TrueUpdate I just fixed it. Took the TV back down and connected it to the main router's WiFi. Then I made it forget the network. Next, I went back up with the TV and then connected it to the WiFi extender, it worked immediately! There was a clash because of the same network name being used by both the main modem and the extender.
