After learning her skillset from other video, she seems like a decent counter to hyper carries through her Skill 2's dmg reduction. Kinda wonder how it works in actual game since unlike Ming's link, Mi Yue's Skill 2 has a max duration so she can't reduce her linked target's dmg for the entire teamfight. Still really strong though against stuffs like Marco's ult or an ult-form Kaizer to reduce their dmg during their short-duration enhancements
