Thanks for sharing these moments from your life. That was some freaking good music you played with Scott Mulvahill and his band. Great jammin'. By now you would have seen a bidet in European bathrooms. Not having seen one in the US, I was taken back the first time I saw one in the UK. Like the coneheads, bidets are from France. While you're in the UK, look for Elastoplast finger strips at the chemist. They'll probably work better for you than band-aid skin flex. If you like them, I can keep you in supply. Take care.

Sometimes, with artists starting out, I wish for their sake, that they don't hit it big, too quickly.. but you are different in my view, with an excellent serious but fun attitude.. So for you, I certainly wish for all the success you so rightly deserve, I truly believe you can take it, cope with it, make the best of it, and enjoy the hell out of it.. Even though its probably a bit of a strange comparison, I'm reminded of old very likable musical TV shows, like Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton etc, you have that other gift of entertainment with your wit, personality, hard working humility, let alone your music.. I'd definitely watch a longer format version of the 'Mia Morris music show'.. lots of continued success to you..🙂

Yep, she certainly knows how the songs go and apparently, she figured I would too. I did offer to run anything she wanted to when I got there but she had no reservations about us just performing. I had played those songs a lot last year... on several different instruments actually :)

I often see the troughs through the eyes of the artists I play for and it makes me even more grateful that my, "day" job is being a side musician. The highs to the lows for an artist, are dramatic and they definitely don't come in equal amounts. Thank you for the encouragement :)
