There is a tutorial on DeviantArt by another doll customizer that shows the steps on how to do the inset eyes. If you google "monster high inset eyes" it should be one of the first results. I am still learning how to do this myself, so unfortunately don't have any pointers or tips to share yet.

I own a couple of MH dolls with that kind of modification (one that was done by someone else and one that I've done that's still kind of a work in progress) and yes, it's somewhat of a pain to get eyes put in due to how the inside is constructed and the positioning of the neck peg inside the head.

ollam she doesn't make the doll holes. The company that makes the dolls they carve the holes out

You might be thinking of other types/brands of dolls. Liv dolls, MC2 dolls and Bratzillaz dolls have the inset eyes already. Monster High dolls do not come with acrylic or plastic eyes, so for these types of dolls you do need to carve the holes. It takes a lot of patience to do this, so if you are able to practice using a cheap doll (maybe use a doll from a thrift store instead of the more expensive ones), I would recommend you do that first.
