I just love that you actually build this in survival mode too. So many minecraft tutorials are 'how to build a survival house or whatever', but then you click on the link and see the builders fly around and build in peaceful, which nearly negates the whole process. And they are always using blocks you just never have at the start. Does my head in! I'd suggest actually putting survival mode build in your vid titles :) because like I said most youtubers aren't doing that.

Just found this video. I made a house in a village for me not too long ago, and hated it; demolished the house. I absolutely LOVE this house and how this tutorial was made. You did an amazing job. I did change a few things for my personal preference. Things like red candles, a small basement, etc. Amazing video!

Again, a bit more texturing on the walls, using a bit of stripped spruce logs here and there, would make the house look a bit worn down, which makes it even cozier. but i would say, job well done. one of the coziest minecraft houses I have seen.

The architecture of the house (exterior and interior) I made exactly the same, only the decoration on both in and outside are different, because I have my own personal tastes of decoration and the biggest difference is that the house isn’t standing in a taiga forest, but a snowy taiga forest.

Hi, I just saw your comment. If you follow the exact lenght of the walls, start only placing the frame of the roof, extending the spruce stair 2 blocks out of the wall. Only after the frame is completed you close the roof following the frame.
