We have so many young man and women who are thrown in prison because of stupid mistakes which might be lead by desperation our people are going through but the judiciary never stops and think of reviewing their cases, but when people in power are defiant to follow the rule of laws are let go.

This is not a banana republic, we can't have the goal post moved depending on who's before the judges. Masengeli must serve his sentence. There are other people people defied court orders and are in jail, the police officer Masengeli should have known the consequences, The judge should stand firm and let masengelli serve the sentence as a deterrent. No one is above the law.
