While this video might be fun for social media, it misses the mark. There are countless misrepresentations on store shelves yet again this holiday season-clear proof of the weakest efforts from this department in addressing systemic issues. In a state that claims to champion consumer protection, why are investigators doing so little? Stop the office playacting and start listening to the people's complaints! Focus on tackling fake sales and widespread non-compliance with the SRMA at major offenders like: #1 Meijer #2 CVS #3 JCPenney The people deserve action, not entertainment. #scanflation

That’s right! The people of Michigan deserve better than this. Instead of sitting around playing games in laboratories, this department should be addressing the real problems. Misleading offers and overbroad promotional claims are victimizing consumers, especially those who trust these deals and unknowingly boost corporate profits. Stop ignoring the issues that hurt everyday Michiganders. Fix the pricing, enforce compliance, and protect the public from these predatory practices!
