Anxiety derives from fear. Depression is selfish sorrow. The only professional you can seek IS GOD. Get a prayer partner that you can share this information with and go to war but count the cost. Don’t tell everyone your business because someone could be putting that stuff on you through witchcraft. No therapy needed especially when that therapist is carnal THEY CANT HELP YOU. No amount of vain chatting can. Fasting and praying to seek Jesus for deliverance and stop comforting demonic spirits.

You do realize that most African Americans are "mixed" to varying degrees (no matter their hue) due to the raping of enslaved Africans during the slave trade, in addition to consensual relationships, obviously. Genealogists have determined that MOST African Americans have anywhere from 18-28% European ancestry, along with Other admixtures. Tbat said, a Black person with a lighter hue and curly hair could have MORE African ancestry than a beautiful deep mocha Brown African American (who could be biracial). The hue isn't always the determining factor.

She doesn’t look mixed race. She is a fully black light skinned girl. They exist everywhere black people are! She’s Jamaican. If she were Nigerian she would EASILY pass for an Igbo girl. Easily.
