Lol when I was visiting Miami back in 2019 I met a good friend for the first time right at the sushi place at 10:11. A few hours and drinks later, her car was locked in the parking garage next to the Fresh Market because it already closed. Ah the fun memories 😁

Sunset Harbour also had most of its streets and sidewalks raised by up to 3 feet. That's why you have the higher sidewalk next to the lowered outdoor dining areas. Those used to be the level of the sidewalks with the streets even lower.

Bruhhh can’t wait for COVID to chill out. Going to do a pop up Mexican restaurant in MB. I’m legit native so my cuisine will be uhm more authentic than 90% of 🇲🇽 restaurants 😂 and if all goes well invest in a posh area of Miami Beach. Been told to stay in SoCal but there’s just too much competition here. I noticed in MB it’s mostly Tex-Mex 🤔

If you plan on buying, you'll almost have to, when renting, its more up to you. Most people find an agent by just finding a property first and then calling the listing agent. You can also go on sites like realtor.com and zillow and look at agent reviews and areas they cover and select on that way.
