He won’t be though, that’s the thing. I just watched Denver play the Lakers and absolutely dig them, especially late game. I watched us put the best defender in the league on Jokic and then off Jokic and the rest of the team still performed. Jamal Murray is more than capable of being a number one playmaker at a decent level, and Jokic is involved in the offense Denver runs moreso than a Chris Paul would be. It’s not just Jokic holding the ball, and single covering him isn’t the answer. Yes Bam can attack to a decent tune but Miami relies on guys that just haven’t been there, and even Jimmy isn’t very consistent. And even with his point of Jokic getting into foul trouble the Lakers did that and Denver still was holding their lead. The Nuggets execute like the 2016 Warriors except they won’t fold down the stretch.

Therefore if you switched jimmy butler with Luka offensively you would have an entirely different style of basketball. The ball sticks with Luka it doesn't with Jimmy he's always played that way.
