Here is the problem going going forward… the SEC’s and BIG10’s new media rights contracts kick in now and their payouts are higher than the ACC schools. Now the schools can pay kids directly. Can Mario convince kids to come to Miami in this new environment?

It doesn't matter how many 5 or 4 star players Mario gets if we are losing to teams filled with 2 and 3 players. I really dig Mario. But he has waaaay too many recruiters and not enough COACHES of his staff. Especially on defense.

Getting Cam in the portal was a blessing and a curse. He did SOOO much that we thought we were better than we actually were and actually regressed towards the end of the year(our defense and even one of our best players X-Man was uncharacteristically dropping balls-I won't even scrutinize the fumble, ish happens). FSU was 12 - 0 last year and got no respect, we lose two games late this year(the writing was on the wall) no play-offs, our conference doesn't get that respect yet and the hate is real. Some of our recruits saw us as porous on defense and couldn't get it done with Cam and a high powered offense, so they probably figured it's downhill for us from here and I can't blame them(even though I TOTALLY disagree). Every position group needs to learn from Cam's example and have at least one guy(at each position) stand up and take charge, it's not just talent, it's attitude, it's heart, it's desire.....take charge of your own destinies as players, as teammates and come together with one goal, one heart...build that bond through competition and never say die will for excellence......Support these Canes, let's go!!!

This class have really good players we don't have enough depth still on back end of field but with good portal acquisition on safety and CB and a good wide receiver (Encarnacion) it's in the portal I love his game but will see ,Go Canes

College Football is now a WIN now business...recruiting isn't like it was, more room for NIL transfer now. We will recruit but alot more room for transfer portal players to Win Now. The bag ain't trying to go backwards. 5-7 7-5 10-2 n 3 more wins because of Cam Ward n a couple a calls went our way. I know fans hot bout the playoffs snuff but WE failed by losing to Syracuse...PERIOD WE know it's a Big 10 n SEC bias n been that way so we should have beat the teams in front of us n we didn't with GT n Syracuse. It is wat it is...a cash money cow machine n you have to compete on n off the field now. GoMfnCanes🙌🏽💪🏽

When you look at the numbers, it’s a very very good class. Lots of four stars with some high rated three stars. I think we just missed on the sizzle of a couple big whales that we have gotten accustomed to over the past couple years. Throw in a couple five stars and I think everybody would be singing a different tune.

Development is the most important thing. One of our best players on defense was a 3 star. Stars don't matter with no motivation.

First we have to remember the coaches ranking of players is different than recruiting sites and at the end of the day development is key. Gators out here overpaying for their recruits. They better hope they hit on these players otherwise they will put themselves into a worse situation than they just dug themselves out of..... Just wait and see how this all plays out. How are y’all going to come down on the coach and where there standings are when we haven’t been ranked before he came to coach the team. Have y’all forgotten when we lost to FIU as well as Central Florida or y’all have forgotten about that. I remember when we had players transferring out or leaving early chasing a bag and never even got drafted. Know you are scouting top notch players to come play for U.M I find y’all to be very funny sometimes hilarious especially when we are loaded in are quarterback room did you ever look at the talent waiting in the wing or other players in key roles that are still developing or y’all just focusing on portal transfers and players that are not even developed because they are four and five players and we should pick them. Do your research and homework before making decisions on players when you haven’t seen others play yet because they have redshirted. Y’all are funny 🤦🏾‍♂️😂😂😂
