Helllo Peter This Miami Luxery Condo Tour The Peninsula Condo is gorgeous, The Tennis 🎾 is beautifull , The Cheft Inspired Kitchen has a nice marble designed, The Formal Dining Room and the Great Room is very nice , The Terrace is amazing watching the Ocean 🌊🛥 view , The Den Office is beautiful i like the Color sofa and the wall all the color gray nice , Bedroom number 1 is beautiful I enjoy watching this video 🤍🏙

OK… Let me just say, there are way too many things I love in this property for me to list. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ventilation system over a cooktop like the one that they have installed here. This is a clearly well thought out and highly useful kitchen. I can just as easily picture cooking an intimate dinner for me and my wife as I can for my entire family… Or entertaining around a holiday. The heart of the home is truly the magnetic center in this condo. And while all of those features are incredibly attractive, it’s the refrigerator that just vanishes into the wall that is my favorite feature. The outdoor spaces are absolutely incredible. I can imagine luxuriating for hours and enjoying the spectacular view. And speaking of the view… In Miami, it seems like you either get to choose an ocean view or an intercoastal view… This property gives you both the intercoastal and the ocean… At the same time! No exaggeration here when I say that is worth the price of this property alone. It’s no secret that Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach are my favorite places in the world… So the proximity to each is incredibly attractive. The dining options alone… If you can tear yourself away from that dream kitchen… Or astounding. My favorite? Doggi’s Arepa bar that’s about 10 minutes north in Hallandale. Highly recommend checking that out to the new owner of this beautiful property. Peter, there’s a reason you’re one of the top realtors in the Miami area… Your professionalism speaks for itself. i have to say I'm a breakfast nook type of guy, i spend so much time before work in my nook its crazy i almost live in it my wife says all the time we have a 2500 sqf home and i spend most my time in master bed and breakfast nook , and garage love my cars
