Don’t be misled- the construction is near the university and hospital areas residential is the same - head our the the Miami River drive you’ll see

It use to be very wild and I agree other parts are still Dade but liberty has cleaned for the better and not dangerous when we talking the present to back in the 80s and 90s when ish hit the fan on a regular
